• Reporting to the Group CEO, double as VP Africa Investment Gateway Group (AIGG) in strategy initiatives. • Oversee the company’s/group’s business projects and operations to drive excellent performance. • Coordinate People, responsible for team hiring, capacity building and performance management. • Advise on strategic plans to meet specific targets for the group and GREG International (GREG Int’l). • Facilitate a conducive workplace culture of efficient collaboration, teamwork and employee engagement. • Develop plans and ensure GREG Int’l operations comply with the best and global renewable energy practices. • Drive the team towards alignment with the organization’s vision and success within given resources. • Work with the Executive Team in strategy and leadership of all business functions Pan-Africa and International. • Facilitate strategic partnerships and collaboration between vendors, stakeholders and regulatory organizations. • Provide advisory services on business performance and operations management to the Board of Directors. • Resulting in effectively maximizing operational efficiency, strategic partnerships, new projects and expansion.
