Supervision and administrative duties
As a contract staff, we indulge into contracts which is to buy lands from indigines, develop it and build houses on it as an estate which we turn out to sell back to low income earners, as an assistant project officer, I take charge of some buildings as assigned to me by management, with approved designs in respect to time, I supervise the building from foundation to finishing, signing all materials that are needed for the project to all artisans....
