Took up and let down hems to shorten or lengthen garment parts. Created new garments based on established parameters or specific body measurements. Let out and took in seams in suits and other garments to improve fit. Conducted final fittings before special events. Altered patterns to fit client requirements. Repaired and replaced defective garment pockets, pocket flags and coat linings.
