We are hiring a certified Yoga Instructor designs and leads group tailored to various skill levels. This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy, mindfulness, and the ability to create an inclusive, safe environment for all participants. Key Responsibilities 1. Class Instruction & Sequencing Lesson Planning: Create thoughtful sequences of poses (asanas) that safely build intensity and flow logically. Demonstration: Perform yoga poses to provide students with a visual guide for proper form and alignment. Verbal Cueing: Deliver clear, concise instructions to guide students through transitions and breathing patterns (pranayama). Modifications: Provide "regressions" for beginners or those with injuries, and "progressions" for advanced students.
