VETERINARY DOCTOR (PART-TIME CONSULTANT)

1. Role Summary Flaming Flamingo Farms is seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Doctor to oversee and support the health and welfare of livestock across our farm operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in poultry, horses, and cattle care. This is a part-time consultancy role requiring one routine visit per week to both farms, with mandatory 24-hour emergency response for urgent cases. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Routine Clinical Services • Conduct weekly onsite veterinary visits to both farms. • Perform routine physical examinations on poultry, horses, and cattle. • Diagnose conditions and administer appropriate treatment plans. • Monitor herd and flock health performance and recommend improvements. B. Emergency Response • Provide 24-hour emergency response for critical cases, including injuries, outbreaks, distress, or unexpected mortality. • Offer guidance to farm staff during emergency scenarios. C. Preventive Health & Vaccination • Design and implement comprehensive vaccination schedules for poultry, horses, and cattle. • Ensure proper storage, handling, and administration of vaccines. • Strengthen farm-wide biosecurity and disease prevention
