Unisex Tailor

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Tailor to lead our tailoring operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in cutting and tailoring both ready-to-wear garments and custom-made suits for men and women. This role requires strong technical ability, leadership, and a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: • Take accurate body measurements and conduct fittings • Cut and construct garments from patterns or measurements • Design, sew, and alter both ready-to-wear and bespoke pieces • Work with a variety of fabrics and garment styles • Supervise and guide junior tailors • Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail • Manage production timelines and workflow Requirements: • Proven experience as a tailor with cutting expertise • Strong skills in both men’s and women’s tailoring • Ability to produce ready-to-wear and made-to-measure garments • Excellent knowledge of garment construction and pattern making • Leadership experience is an advantage • Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
