Core Responsibility Produce premium-quality suits and structured garments for both men and women, ensuring perfect fit, sharp structure, and luxury finishing consistent with Bold and Timeless standards. 1. GARMENT PRODUCTION DUTIES Cut and sew male and female suits (2-piece, 3-piece, tuxedos, blazers) Construct female structured wear (fitted blazers, pantsuits, skirt suits) Produce clean, well-structured silhouettes (shoulders, lapels, waist shaping) Work with linings, interfacing, canvassing, and padding correctly Deliver garments from start to finish independently 2. MEASUREMENT & FITTING Take accurate measurements for both male and female clients Understand body differences (male vs female shaping) Handle fittings and corrections professionally Adjust patterns to achieve a perfect fit and comfort 3. FABRIC & CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE Work with: Wool suiting Cotton blends Crepe, silk (for female suits) Senator/native materials when needed Understand: Interfacing types Lapel construction Sleeve setting Trouser shaping (male & female differences) 4. QUALITY CONTROL Ensure: Clean internal finishing No loose threads Proper pressing and shaping Balanced symmetry (left/right) Deliver garments that look luxurious, not local finishing 5. PRODUCTION & DEADLINES Meet assigned deadlines without compromising quality Handle multiple orders efficiently Maintain consistency across repeated designs 6. WORK ETHIC & PROFESSIONALISM Maintain a clean workspace Handle machines properly Communicate delays or issues early Take corrections without ego
