Job Brief
We are in search of experienced and dedicated Town Planners to play an integral role in land
and service planning for infrastructure projects. This position involves close collaboration with

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive plans and recommendations,in accordance with land-use
regulations.
- Evaluate planning proposals to ensure compliance with regulations, environmental
policies, and local ordinances.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and feasibility studies to assess land use and
infrastructure needs.
- Provide expert advice on sustainable land use practices and planning principles.
- Engage with the estate community to gather input, address concerns, and build
consensus.
- Collaborate with professionals in related fields, such as environmental consultants, to
assess potential impacts on the ecosystem.
- Stay current with evolving urban planning trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in related fields with a minimum of 5 years preferred.
- Proficiency in urban planning software and GIS tools.
- Strong understanding of zoning regulations, environmental policies, and land-use laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles and their integration into urban planning.
