Tailors

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Tailors to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, finishing, and quality standards. You will be responsible for sewing and assembling garments based on provided designs, ensuring neat finishing and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Cut, sew, and assemble garments according to patterns and specifications. Operate sewing machines and other tools efficiently and safely. Ensure high quality stitching, neat finishing, and accurate fitting. Work closely with the production supervisor/design team to interpret styles and design samples. Inspect finished garments for quality assurance before delivery. Perform alterations, adjustments, or repairs when required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Manage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a tailor (experience in Mom and Me wear is an added advantage). Ability to sew different types of fabrics such as Mikado, Skuba, Lining, Cotton, Asoke Good understanding of pattern cutting, stitching, and finishing. Keen eye for detail and commitment to high quality work. Ability to work independently or as part of a production team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic measurement and fitting skills.
