Tailor/Production Lead

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Bridal tailor to join our team, responsible for sewing, assisting in production, and supporting management operations within our workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong sewing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the production team and management. Key Responsibilities: Sewing & Alterations: Create and alter garments, including custom pieces, ensuring quality craftsmanship and perfect fit. Assisting in Production: Support the production team by efficiently managing garment production tasks, ensuring timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld. Inventory Management: Assist in managing fabric, tools, and materials inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and reorders are initiated as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other tailors, designers, and management to ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and the timely completion of projects. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of finished garments and ensure consistency with design specifications. Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist with customer fittings and provide advice on design and alterations.
