Tailor/Pattern Drafter

" I am contacting you from Bamako, Mali. I am the founder of a high-end women’s fashion brand, and I am currently looking for a highly experienced tailor/dressmaker to join my workshop in Bamako. I am specifically looking for someone with excellent skills in women’s clothing, particularly boubous, dresses, two-piece outfits, brocade, organza and other high-quality fabrics. The candidate must be very precise, fast, creative, able to work with industrial sewing machines, produce clean and professional finishing, and most importantly, be able to follow the designs, measurements and instructions provided. I'm looking for someone who can: be highly skilled in pattern making and sewing; achieve high-end finishes; accurately reproduce a provided pattern; master patterns and sewing details; and ideally be independent enough to transform a pattern into a finished garment. I am looking for someone serious, disciplined, professional and willing to commit to a long-term position."
