We are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer/Tailor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent sewing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong passion for high-end fashion. As a startup, teamwork is essential, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the vision of By Laurie while working on a diverse range of designs. Key Responsibilities: • Design and create high-quality garments, including aso ebi, custom dresses, and red carpet looks. • Collaborate with the creative team to bring design concepts to life, from sketches to final pieces. • Select fabrics, embellishments, and materials to suit each design. • Produce custom orders with precision, ensuring every detail meets client expectations. • Alter and tailor garments to achieve perfect fits. • Keep up with trends in luxury fashion and bring innovative ideas to the team. • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and manage timelines efficiently. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 3 years in high-end fashion design or tailoring. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cutting, sewing, and finishing garments to a luxury standard. • Creativity: Ability to design and innovate while adhering to the By Kunbi aesthetic. • Detail-Oriented: Commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. • Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
