- Slip dresses in various fabrics - Silk, satin, chiffon and stretchy viscose jersey, delicate fabrics - Draping and ruching - Bias-cut garments - Cowl neck construction - Thin & neat straps - Extremely neat invisible zips, hooks, buttons etc - Precision finishing for high-end womenswear - Working with placement-print fabrics where fabric alignment is critical - Ability to work with patterns - Ability to neatly cut fabric - Ability to source items as needed My other requirement/preferences: Tailor must have excellent consistency and attention to detail. • Must be comfortable working with delicate fabrics and understand fabric-specific adjustments: • Needle type • Tension settings • Stitch length • Handling slippery or stretch fabrics • Must produce a test sample before full production. • Tailor must be reliable with deadlines and communicate clearly. • Ability to follow technical sketches and patterns accurately. • Must maintain strict confidentiality on designs."
