Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate factory workers and production activities and plantation activities - Organize Meetings and progressive report - Monitor workflow to ensure production targets and deadlines are met - Maintain daily production records and reports - Ensure raw materials and tools are available for uninterrupted work *Requirements* Proven Hr experience - Proven experience as a factory or production supervisor - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of factory safety and production procedures - Ability to read and understand work orders and technical instructions
