Social media manager/ content creator

The Social Media Manager / Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing the medical spa’s social media strategy, creating engaging beauty, wellness, skincare, and treatment-related content, managing social media platforms, and growing the brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, camera-confident, trend-aware, organized, and able to translate medical spa services into engaging content while maintaining a professional and trustworthy brand image. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a social media content strategy. Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms. Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar. Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos and other short-form content. Appear on camera or coordinate staff/models for content when required. Create educational content around skincare, aesthetics, wellness and medical spa treatments. Research current social media trends, sounds, formats and content styles. Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action. Manage the social media community, including comments, DMs and inquiries. Work with the medical/aesthetic team to ensure content is accurate and professionally presented. Promote services, offers, packages, events and special campaigns. Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports. Identify opportunities to increase engagement, followers, leads and bookings. Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice. Stay updated on beauty, skincare, wellness and social media trends. The candidate should be comfortable with: Instagram & TikTok Canva CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software Social media scheduling/management tools Basic photography and videography Social media analytics and insights Copywriting and caption writing
