SENIOR TAILOR

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Master Tailor with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in garment construction. This role is for someone who understands precision, structure, and high-level finishing — not basic tailoring. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 10 years experience in professional garment production • Ability to construct complex garments from scratch • Strong understanding of structured silhouettes (jackets, sculpted dresses, tailored sets) • Excellent finishing standards (clean inside seams, proper lining, neat hems, structured collars) • Ability to work from patterns and interpret technical instructions • Experience working with premium fabrics (silk, organza, jacquard, adire, aso-oke, etc.) • Ability to meet production timelines without compromising quality • Attention to detail is non-negotiable IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Calm, focused and disciplined • Takes pride in craftsmanship • Understands luxury garment finishing • Can work independently with minimal supervision • Open to learning advanced techniques
