Senior Production Tailor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Tailor responsible for both garment production of high-quality garments and quality control. This role primarily focuses on children’s wear, including lounge wear, sleepwear, casual wear, party wear, and formal occasion wear such as tuxedos and ball gowns and secondary focus on female ready-to-wear. The ideal candidate will bring advanced tailoring skills, ability to read and cut using patterns and freehand, a detail-oriented approach, and a commitment to ensuring that all garments meet high standards of quality and fit.The ideal candidate also brings strong leadership qualities, overseeing production processes, managing quality control, and mentoring junior team members. They are detail-oriented, efficient in managing multiple projects, and able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
