Sales Representatives

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
● Greeting and serving customers that walk into the store
● Displaying stock and packing orders for online orders to prepare for the dispatch
company
● Managing transactions (sales and refunds) at the register
● Handling customer service complaints
● Assisting with stock handling duties (printing barcodes and entering stock into the
inventory system)
Requirements:
● Excellent English comprehension (Reading, Writing, Speaking skills)
● Basic numeracy skills
● Excellent social skills, great conversation skills and friendly approach
● 1 - 2 years of work experience
● Experience with POS systems

Shift Hours:
● Monday-Friday 9am-3pm
● Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm
● Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 10am-4pm
