Sales Representative

Responsible for handling walk-in, WhatsApp, phone and online customer enquiries and converting enquiries into sales. Duties include product knowledge, customer service, order processing, follow-ups, upselling/cross-selling, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a premium customer experience. Must be articulate, persuasive, professional, target-driven and comfortable working with customers both online and in person.
