Sales representative

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly engaging Fashion Stylist / Sales Representative to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will act as both a brand ambassador and a personal style consultant, guiding clients to curate complete head-to-toe looks tailored to their personality, body type, and occasions. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience, driving store sales, and maintaining high visual standards across the retail floor. Key Responsibilities -Styling & Client Consultation Provide personalized 1-on-1 fashion styling, recommending outfits, shoes, and accessories based on customer preferences, body shapes, and personal taste. -Build head-to-toe curated looks and encourage cross-selling/upselling to increase key performance indicators (KPIs) like Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Order Value (AOV). -Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, brand stories, and fabric care instructions to share with clients. -Assist clients in fitting rooms, offering size alternatives, styling tips, and alteration recommendations. Sales & Clienteling -Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through active engagement and relationship building. -Build a loyal client book by recording client preferences, sizes, and purchase history to provide targeted outreach for new arrivals and VIP sales events. -Deliver proactive outreach (via messaging/email) to VIP clients regarding new collection drops, personal appointments, or private store events.
