Sales Rep

What You’ll Do • Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp/Instagram within 3-5 minutes, following Teda’s sales process to close impulse sales. • Engage customers with personalized messages, always asking questions to keep conversations alive • Follow up on leads, save contacts, and send weekly messages to build trust. • Reply to social media comments/DMs, handle Meta ad leads, and check website orders hourly. • Update inventory and shipping details daily, ensuring accurate labeling and timely deliveries. • Submit daily sales reports and join weekly team meetings to share feedback. Who You Are • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in fashion/e-commerce. • Tech-savvy, comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM tools • Warm, professional communicator with excellent grammar; no slang or abbreviations. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle high message volumes. • Reliable with access to a smartphone, internet, and power (e.g., power bank).
