Sales and Admin Rep

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales. Being goal-oriented and having a deep knowledge of customer service best practices
❖ Process sales orders and payments, arrange deliveries and offer after-sales support.
❖ Provide admin and operations support to the Business.
❖ Prioritize customer satisfaction and coordinating activities such as track reports, file invoices, follow up on sales calls, and help make sales. They also handle light financial responsibilities.
❖ Stock Management and control
❖ Attending Tradeshows and Exhibitions
❖ Support design and production team
❖ Duties will include ensuring deliveries are on time and inventories are correct for each retail client, ensuring client's payments are up to date (credit control) as well as covering all sales order administration, invoicing. This can also include dealing with any queries, logistical problems, distribution management and constantly reviewing inventory.
❖ Implement Sales activities that funnel into the revenue strategies by setting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target for the business
