Design & Creative Support Create fashion sketches and design concepts based on briefs, collections, and brand direction. Assist in developing design details including silhouettes, color palettes, and embellishments. Support the Creative Director or Head Designer in executing design ideas. Production Oversight Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure garments are produced according to design specifications. Liaise with tailors, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor fittings, sampling, and final production to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify production challenges early and recommend practical solutions. Fabric & Material Sourcing Source fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for each design and production requirement. Build and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers and vendors. Ensure sourced materials meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Keep accurate records of fabric usage and inventory. Administrative & Coordination Duties Assist in maintaining design and production documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Support collection planning and launch preparations.
