Job Summary:

Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, and referrals, to find suitable candidates.

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct phone screenings to interview and assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Create and post job listings on relevant platforms.

Follow up on candidates for scheduled interviews.

Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and client throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and manage accurate candidate records and candidate data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Previous experience in recruitment or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently and multitask.

Proficiency in using basic computer software and tools. i.e Microsoft Excel
