QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER Company: BAFashion Location: Alapere, Lagos Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Reports To: Head of Quality Assurance & Head of Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure that all BAFashion garments meet our required standards before they reach customers. Key Responsibilities * Inspect garments for stitching, measurements, finishing, fabric defects, stains, and other quality issues. * Conduct quality checks throughout the production process. * Ensure products meet approved designs, measurements, and quality standards. * Identify, document, and follow up on defective or rejected items. * Re-inspect corrected garments before approval. * Maintain daily quality inspection records and submit reports. * Monitor recurring defects and recommend solutions to reduce them. * Work closely with Production and Operations teams to maintain quality standards. * Inspect customer returns and identify the cause of quality-related complaints. * Ensure only approved products proceed to packaging, inventory, or dispatch. Requirements * B.Sc. or equivalent qualification. * Experience in garment production, quality control, or quality assurance is an advantage. * Good understanding of garment construction, measurements, and finishing. * Excellent attention to detail and strong observation skills. * Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enforce quality standards. Key Objective To ensure every garment leaving BAFashion meets the required standards of quality, fit, finishing, and presentation.
