We are seeking an experienced and skilled head Tailor to oversee all tailoring operations and ensure the highest level of luxury craftsmanship. Role Summary: Tailor will be responsible for leading the tailoring team, supervising garment construction, ensuring precision in pattern cutting, and maintaining high-quality production standards. This role requires a strong eye for detail, leadership skills, and experience in luxury garment making. The ideal candidate must be an expert in sewing, stitching, and garment construction to ensure hands-on guidance and quality control. ✔️ Expertise in pattern making, fabric cutting, draping, luxury finishing techniques, and sewing.
✔️ Strong knowledge of men’s and women’s fashion tailoring.
✔️ Experience working with high-quality fabrics such as silk, brocade, cashmere, and bespoke textiles.
✔️ Ability to manage and train a team of tailors.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
✔️ Understanding of luxury fashion trends and haute couture techniques.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
✔️ Professionalism, discretion, and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Experience working in a luxury fashion house.
