Production/Operation Supervisor

Production & Operations Supervisor Right hand to the CEO. Responsible for overseeing daily studio operations from order intake to final delivery, including production supervision, logistics coordination, inventory management, and reporting directly to the Creative Director. 1. Production Oversight * Supervise tailors throughout the production process * Ensure all garments meet quality standards before dispatch * Track progress of each order from creation to completion * Identify and resolve delays or production issues 2. Order & Workflow Management * Oversee order processing from receipt to delivery * Ensure timelines are met for all customer orders * Coordinate between design, tailoring, and finishing teams 3. Logistics & Deliveries * Book international shipments online (DHL, FedEx, etc.) * Coordinate local deliveries with dispatch riders * Sort and organize outgoing packages (local & international) * Maintain a logbook of all outgoing orders 4. Inventory & Stock Control * Monitor finished stock (styles, sizes, quantities) * Track fabric inventory and yardage * Manage restocking of fabrics and tailoring supplies * Maintain accurate inventory records 5. Procurement * Source and purchase fabrics and production materials * Ensure availability of all supplies needed for ongoing production 6. Reporting & Communication * Provide daily/weekly updates on studio operations * Report production status, delays, and inventory levels * Act as the communication bridge between staff and management 7. Studio Management * Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in your absence * Maintain organization across all departments Skills & Requirements * Strong organizational and leadership skills * Experience in fashion production or tailoring environment * Knowledge of shipping/logistics platforms * Attention to detail and problem-solving ability * Ability to manage people and deadlines under pressure
