Production Manager

Production Manager * Coordinating production schedules and timelines * Efficiently managing production budget & resources * Identifying & Sourcing appropriate fabrics that meet design requirements alongside studio assistants. * Overseeing and guiding production team to maintain efficiency. * Accurately translating sketches into physical samples alongside design team * Overseeing production of collection pieces * Ensuring Quality control measures are maintained. JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Oversight: * Manage and oversee all production operations to ensure timely and high-quality output. * Conduct quality control checks on all outfits before they leave the factory. Workflow Management: * Organise and optimise daily workflows for the production team. * Schedule digital pickups, logistics, and delivery processes efficiently. Team Management: * Supervise and coordinate the production team, including tailors, cutters, and other staff. * Foster a collaborative and goal-driven team environment. Fabric Sourcing: * Source fabrics and other materials from the market based on order requirements. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery. Customer Relations: • Attend to walk-in clients, providing exceptional service and a warm, professional demeanour. Operational Leadership: * Lead the team to meet and exceed production goals. * Solve day-to-day challenges with creativity and efficiency. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-2 years of experience in production management, operations, or a similar role (preferably in the fashion industry). * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proactive, resourceful, and able to think on their feet. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
