Production Manager

- The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and at a high quality. - ⁠He/She should have knowledge of pattern drafting and cutting in order to liaise with the pattern cutter in developing samples and make corrections or recommendations where needed. - ⁠The Production Manager will also be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring that each member of the team understands their roles and responsibilities, and that they have the necessary resources to succeed. Qualifications -Experience in managing a production team -Experience/Knowledge of creating Tech Packs -Experience in manufacturing Ready-To-Wear clothing (pattern drafting, cutting and development of samples) -Ability to manage production schedules and timelines -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Knowledge of garment construction techniques and production processes -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams -Attention to detail and high organizational skills -Bachelor’s degree/OND/HND or any other recognized certification in Fashion Design.
