Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of production in our fashion house. The ideal candidate will ensure that all garments and fashion pieces are produced on time, meet quality standards, and align with the brand's vision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise the entire production process, from design handover to final output. 2. Liaise with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other vendors. 3. Plan production schedules to meet customer and internal deadlines. 4. Monitor production costs and budgets to ensure cost-effective manufacturing. 5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. 6. Collaborate closely with designers, pattern makers, tailors, and other production staff. 7. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods. 8. Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow. 9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. 10. Continuously seek ways to improve production efficiency and reduce waste. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Production Manager in a fashion house or garment manufacturing environment.
