PRODUCTION & FACTORY OF OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Production & Factory Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our fashion production unit. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate tailors, cutters and production staff. * Monitor production from fabric cutting to sewing, finishing, quality control and dispatch. * Manage fabric, accessories, inventory and production materials. * Source and purchase fabrics and necessary materials from the market. * Must understand fabrics, garment construction and tailoring processes, even if not a tailor. * Monitor fabric usage and prevent wastage or shortages. * Conduct quality checks to ensure all garments meet 11:11 Luxe standards before dispatch. * Coordinate deliveries, dispatch riders and receiving of materials. * Keep accurate records of purchases, inventory and production. * Identify problems early and provide practical solutions. * Provide daily updates on completed, ongoing and pending production. Requirements * 3–5 years’ experience in fashion production, garment production or factory operations. * Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment production. * Familiarity with Lagos fashion/textile markets. * Experience supervising production teams. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and quality. * Honest, trustworthy, resourceful and accountable. * Able to work independently without constant supervision. * Good negotiation, procurement and problem-solving skills. * Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic digital tools for reporting.
