Procurement officer

A procurement officer, someone to go to market to source all sewing materials. She must be trustworthy, avoid shady dealings, and give accurate reports without manipulation. Must be very familiar with all major fabric markets in Lagos, precise with order colors, fabrics, trims, machines, and suppliers. Must have ability to get the best price without compromising quality. She must have basic bookkeeping/reporting ability (tracking costs, reconciling purchases, providing receipts). Reside in Surulere and its environs
