Personal Driver

The Driver to the MD/CEO is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services to the MD/CEO and family members. The role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, punctuality and strong knowledge of road networks. Key Responsibilities • Safely drive the family and MD/CEO to and from meetings, office, airports, and official or personal engagements. • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to schedules. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness before and after driving. • Monitor vehicle documents (insurance, roadworthiness, licenses) and ensure they are valid at all times. • Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tyres, lights) before use. • Plan routes in advance and use alternative routes to avoid traffic delays. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD/CEO’s or family members’ activities. • Assist with loading and unloading of items when required. • Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle faults promptly and ensure immediate repairs. • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance. • Observe all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations. • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • Perform other driving or administrative support duties as assigned.
