Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Creative Director Reporting To: Creative Director Job Summary: The Personal Assistant to the CEO/Creative Director of a fashion brand plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of both business and personal tasks. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual who can manage schedules, handle confidential information, and provide strategic support to enhance the CEO’s productivity. The role involves a mix of administrative, creative, and operational responsibilities within the dynamic fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive & Administrative Support • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. • Act as the first point of contact, handling emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. • Maintain an efficient filing and document management system. • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items. 2. Fashion Business Operations • Assist in the day-to-day running of the fashion brand, including liaising with the tailors, suppliers, and vendors. • Help manage production timelines and quality control and ensure deadlines are met. • Coordinate with the team for product launches, campaigns, and brand collaborations. • Research trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support business growth. 3. Creative Support • Assist in organizing and coordinating fashion shoots, fittings, and events. • Maintain sample inventory and track orders for collections. • Support the CEO with creative projects, including mood boards, sketches, and design inspiration. • Liaise with stylists, influencers, and PR agencies for brand partnerships. 4. Personal Assistance • Handle personal tasks such as shopping, gift purchases, and event planning. • Manage household and personal errands as required. • Ensure a work-life balance by helping the CEO prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Social Media & Branding Support • Assist with managing social media accounts, content scheduling, and engagement. • Monitor brand mentions and influencer collaborations. Key Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role within the fashion or creative industry. • Skills & Abilities: • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. • Knowledge of fashion production processes and industry trends. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Social media management and content creation experience is a plus. • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
