About the Role: Yemiisi is a contemporary fashion brand that fuses Nigerian cultural aesthetics with modern sophistication. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Creative Director in day-to-day tasks, shoot coordination, production follow-up, and business operations. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about fashion, and able to balance creative flair with structured execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct administrative support to the Creative Director • Coordinate and assist on remote and in-person shoot days (approximately 30% on-site) • Oversee local market runs if sourcing agents are unavailable • Conduct occasional quality control visits to manufacturers • Organize schedules, appointments, and travel logistics • Assist with sample tracking, packaging, and dispatch coordination • Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and partners on behalf of the brand • Maintain inventory records and assist with product listings and digital content planning • Help prepare for launches, events, and collection campaigns ⸻ Requirements: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, basic Excel) • Understanding of fashion production and interest in the fashion industry • Based in Lagos (ability to move around when required) ⸻ Preferred: • Experience in fashion, media, or assistant roles • Familiarity with fabric markets and production houses in Lagos
