Personal Assistant

Job Descriptions: - Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal/external clients - Handle incoming requests and queries from tailors/staffs/clients appropriately - Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders - Book and manage complex travel arrangements. - Organizing all events,shoots, conferences etc - Reminding the CEO of important task and deadlines. - Typing, compiling and preparing reports, correspondence and presentations. - Managing data base and filing systems - Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative system - Liaising with staffs, suppliers and clients. - Collating and filing expenses - Miscellaneous tasks to support the head of the company, which will vary. (This could be ensuring that the business is being run properly and following all regulations or conducting research) Must be readily available when needed.
