The personal assistant is to assist in keeping individuals organised and on schedule. Assignments are : 1. keeping adequate records on employer properties, payments, and others 2. Preparing communication on behalf of the employer 3. Organising travel and itinerary 4. Organising meetings 5. Taking notes during meeting 6. Doing banking errands for employer 7. Scheduling repairs for properties where necessary 8. Keeping records of vehicles particulars for renewals and service 9.Attending meetings on behalf of employer when necessary
