Pattern Drafter for Children’s &Female RTW

We are a fast-growing children’s apparel brand , seeking a skilled and creative Pattern Drafter with experience in drafting patterns for children's and women's clothing. The role will be primarily focused on Kids clothing and Female ready-to-wear as a secondary focus. The main tasks involve creating patterns for lounge wear, sleepwear, casual wear, party wear, and formal occasion wear such as tuxedos and ball gowns for children and as needed, as well as female ready-to-wear designs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and fit for both children’s clothing and women’s RTW wear, ensuring comfort, style, and functionality.
