Pattern drafter

PATTERN DRAFTER: The pattern drafter will be responsible for translating our design concepts into accurate patterns for made-to-order/Custom women’s wear. This role involves drafting, adjusting, and refining patterns based on individual client measurements, fittings, and design details. The pattern drafter will work closely with tailors to ensure proper fit, structure, and finishing, and must be able to correct patterns after fittings where necessary. Attention to detail, consistency, and a strong understanding of women’s garment construction are essential, as all patterns must be production-ready and suitable for high-quality bespoke pieces.
