Overseeing manufacturing, logistics, inventory, installation and supply chain operations. Developing and implementing operational systems and workflow. Supervising production scheduling and operational efficiency Managing inventory accountability and procurement coordination Ensuring QC standards are maintained Coordinating dispatch, delivery and installation schedules Supervising operational teams and departmental supervisors Coordinating operational meetings and performance reviews Preparing daily, weekly and monthly operational reports Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions Ensuring compliance with company operational procedures and safety standards Performing additional lawful duties assigned by management
