Operation Manager

Your duty as an Operations Manager is to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee store efficiency Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.) Examine the finished product carefully and look for flaws in them. The flaws found must be rectified immediately by the production team. Take charge of fittings, create Designs to suit client needs & to company standards
