Trustworthiness & honesty – extremely important when handling money, products, and customer information. Problem-solving skills – can handle issues without bringing every small problem to you. Time management – ensures orders and tasks are completed on schedule. Professional appearance & attitude – represents your brand well. Attention to detail – checks hair quality, orders, packaging, and customer requests carefully. Ability to work with targets – can set and achieve weekly/monthly sales goals.
