Manager
We offer nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.
Responsisbilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome walk in customers.
2. Respond to customers' inquiries and complaints about services via phone, chat or in person.
3. Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
4.Offer refreshments and chat with clients while they wait.
5. Book and confirm appointments via phone and chats.
6. Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment.
7. Manage the salon's inventory of supplies and products.
8. Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
9. Promote services on social media.
10. Hire and train staff, as needed.
11. Process transactions and issue receipts.
12. Monitor and manage the salon's finances, including budgeting and bookkeeping.
Work days and hours: Monday- Saturday, Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm while Friday and Saturday is 10am-8pm.
Age Preference: 30 years and above
Gender: Female
Education:
- 1-3 years of similar work experience.
