Human Resources Officer

HR OFFICER Location: Lagos | Employment Type: Full-Time Role: Responsible for managing recruitment, staff records, attendance, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, and onboard staff. Manage employee records, attendance, and leave. Handle staff concerns and workplace relations. Support performance management and staff development. Ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare basic HR reports and documentation. Requirements: HND/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years’ HR experience. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of HR practices and confidentiality.
