As we grow, we are looking for an experienced HR & Admin to help build and manage a high-performing, customer-focused team while ensuring smooth daily operations. Job Summary: The HR & Admin will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of wellness, beauty and hospitality professionals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive work environment. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as payroll, employee relations, and office management. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: • Develop and implement HR policies that align with The Bougie & Co’s wellness-client based focused culture. • Manage the recruitment process for therapists, aestheticians, front desk staff, and other roles. • Conduct onboarding and training to maintain high service standards. • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and attendance tracking. • Oversee employee engagement and well-being initiatives to ensure staff satisfaction and retention. • Address grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and spa industry standards. Administration & Operations: • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. • Manage scheduling and staff rotations to optimize service delivery. • Oversee office and spa operations, inventory management, and vendor coordination. • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. • Support senior management with administrative tasks and reports. • Experience in wellness, beauty, or hospitality HR management. • HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage. • Passion for wellness and customer service excellence
