Hiring a tailor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional tailor to join a growing ready-to-wear fashion brand. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing • Ability to sew neatly with clean inside finishing (no rough work) • Experience producing structured pieces (blazers, corsets, fitted dresses, tailored sets) • Ability to follow design specifications accurately • Skilled in cutting from patterns and modifying patterns when necessary • Experience working with different fabrics (cotton, crepe, silk, chiffon, lace, etc.) • Able to reproduce multiple pieces of the same design with consistent finishing (RTW production standard) • Good speed without compromising quality • Must meet deadlines Work Setup: • Home-based production (must be disciplined and organized) • Industrial machine experience is an added advantage We are looking for someone professional, reliable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship.
