Head Chef

We are looking for a Chef/Cook who; - knows how to cook National dishes very well but is also familiar with continental dishes. - experienced in cooking for large crowds or in bulk. - experienced in menu and recipe development. - understands budgeting, food pricing, and inventory control. - is familiar with food safety. - has been a Head cook or Assistant head cook or has been in positions of heading a team of other kitchen staff. - can work with minimal supervision.
