We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of popular hairstyles and techniques, including lace wig installation. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave the salon looking and feeling their best. Key Responsibilities: Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences. Styling: Create and style a variety of popular hairstyles, including: Box Braids Ghana Weaving Cornrows Knotless Braids Pixie Cuts Bob Cuts Dreadlocks Afro Hairstyles Ponytails Lace Wig Installation Cutting and Trimming: Provide haircuts and trims to maintain and enhance hairstyles. Coloring: Apply hair coloring techniques, including highlights, lowlights, and full color. Treatment: Offer hair treatments such as deep conditioning, protein treatments, and scalp treatments. Maintenance: Advise clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products. Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Hair Stylist. Proficiency in the latest hair styling techniques and trends. Strong knowledge of hair care products and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certification from a recognized cosmetology school is preferred. Skills: Expertise in lace wig installation and maintenance. Ability to create and style a variety of popular hairstyles. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Ability to work with diverse hair types and textures.
