Graphic Artist/Printer

MMABON Custom & Retail is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented T-Shirt Printer to join our production team at our Victoria Island store. Requirements - Must live in or around Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Lekki, Obalende, Oniru, or nearby areas. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in garment printing. - Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop for preparing customer mockups and print-ready artwork. - Experience with DTF, Heat Transfer, Vinyl, Sublimation, or other apparel printing methods. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and the sales team. - Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Print high-quality designs on T-shirts, hoodies, polos,r jerseys, tote bags, and other apparel. - Create and edit customer mockups before production. - Prepare artwork for printing and ensure files are production-ready. - Operate and maintain printing equipment. - Conduct quality control checks before, during, and after printing. - Keep the print area clean, organized, and production-ready. - Monitor print materials and notify management when stock is low. - Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. CRM & Workflow Responsibilities As part of our digital production workflow, you will be required to: - Update every assigned job in our CRM system. - Move jobs through each production stage accurately. - Upload customer mockups and final production files. - Record production status and completion times. - Flag production issues or delays immediately. - Ensure customer order information is complete and accurate. - Maintain proper digital records for reorders and quality tracking. Daily Reporting At the close of each workday, you will submit a report covering: - Jobs received. - Jobs completed. - Jobs pending. - Production challenges encountered. - Machine or equipment issues. - Material shortages. - Customer revisions or reprints. - Productivity summary for the day.
