"- Manage the front desk and ensure a warm welcome to customers and visitors - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence - Maintain accurate records and files - Provide administrative support to the team as needed - Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized" Requirements "- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite" Work days and hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm. Saturday 10am-3pm (twice a month)
